Hedi, a member of a Tunisian dance troupe, injures during a representation Aida, his stage and life partner, triggering a series of events through a long night across a forest, on the way to the next village’s doctor in an attempt to save the last show of utmost importance.

Tunisian director and actress Afef Ben Mahmoud dashed into a rich artistic career from an early age. Initially, as a dancer then actress and counts today in her asset numerous participations in television, theater and cinema. Afef played lead roles for many filmmakers including Nouri Bouzid’s Making Of. Afef directed 3 shorts.

Khalil
Khalil graduated in Film studies from SFSU then run Cinemayaat from 1998 to 2002. He moved to Morocco to direct and produce his feature documentary, The White Thread. In 2008, Khalil went on to produce films for AJ Children then joined the DFI where he has since been head of the Grants Programme.
