The Mindful Lebanese (Working Title)

The film interviews three main Lebanese characters from different generations and their stories with healing from traumas they lived through in Lebanon. It aims at spreading awareness on the importance of investing in mental health for a better future in Lebanon and campaigns for urging people to seek that help where it is provided.

Rania Itani, Co-producer and video editor of “State of Absence” documentary film (Published by Daraj Media) and video editor for “Parallel Journeys” Docuseries (Published by Open democracy). In addition to being an advocate for Mental health awareness, Itani holds a Masters degree in Television studies from Erciyes University (Turkey) while also holding an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV and Film for Lebanese International university.
